With over twelve years of print production experience under her belt, Jennifer Blais is Studio Coordinator for award-winning boutique design studio Black Eye Design. Black Eye specializes in knockout creative for publications and has developed a one-two punch database-into-layout system to streamline the workflow for event listings design.

It's a dynamic job that melds her love of design with a chance to serve the myriad needs of interesting clients. She blends her abiding concern for the environment and deep knowledge about print production to improve the planning and execution stages of all projects.

Jen recently affirmed her commitment to environmental causes by selling her car in favor of a green transportation cocktail of car sharing, public transport and her beautiful and trusty bike.

She lives with her husband in Montreal's artsy Plateau neighborhood. When she's not wrangling her three small boys and two dogs, Jen's an enthusiastic amateur photographer and inveterate foodie.
